What In The Actual Supp?

A free 45-minute presentation + Q&A held twice a month that answers the questions you didn’t even know to ask about supplements. Because let’s be honest — the supplement aisle (and your social feed) are a hot mess. From synthetic vitamins to not-so-transparent labels, it’s no wonder you’re not sure what to take. Or if you even need anything at all.

Let’s get you some clarity around supplementation. Pick your date below:

Agenda

Objective: help you cross-check your stack, understand what your body really needs and upgrade your approach.

In this session, we’ll break down:

1) What the supplement industry doesn’t always tell you
2) How to tell the difference between synthetic and bioavailable nutrients
3) When and why supplementation might make sense (based on your current food habits)
4) How to vet brands so you’re not just buying expensive pee

I’ll also share access to my personal dispensary and answer your questions live. Whether you’re already taking 5 things or starting from scratch — this is your stop for real talk on what the actual supp is going on in your routine.

POPULAR Q'S
WHAT SHOULD I TAKE FOR BETTER ENERGY?
Start with food. Blood sugar balance, minerals and enough protein are the real MVPs. Supplements can support energy, but they can’t replace basic nourishment. If you’re already fueling well, you might look into B vitamins, magnesium or adaptogens - but nerver before checking your plate.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SYNTHETIC AND NATURAL VITAMINS?
Synthetic vitamins are lab-made and often poorly absorbed. Natural (or bioavailable) forms are easier for your body to recognize and use. Most store-bought supps are synthetic... which means your body’s doing the absolute most with the least.
IS IT BETTER TO GET NUTRIENTS FROM FOOD OR SUPPLEMENTS?
Food first. Always. Whole foods come with co-factors and enzymes that make absorption way easier. But… if you’re depleted, under-eating or in a stressful chapter, supplements can help bridge the gap. Just know they’re the assistant and they are not the entire strategy.
DO I NEED A PROBIOTIC?
Not always. If you're experiencing bloating, irregular BMs or skin issues — a probiotic might help. But it depends on the strain, your symptoms and whether you’re still feeding your gut junk. You can’t supplement your way out of a nutrient-lacking diet. Sorry not sorry!
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY VITAMINS ARE WORKING?
You’ll notice a shift with better energy, fewer crashes, clearer skin, improved sleep or cycles. Some changes are subtle, others are obvious. If nothing’s changing after a few months, you might be taking the wrong form… or something you don’t even need.
HOW DO I KNOW IF A BRAND IS CLEAN
Look for transparency: third-party testing, no synthetic fillers, therapeutic doses,and forms your body can absorb (like methylated B’s). If something is $15 for a 3-month supply… red flag.}
