I would love to join the challenge. I have always struggled to eat breakfast; however, I don't have social media, but YouTube!

Would love to have youuu! Totally understand on the social media note - at this time, I'm sending most of the notes directly via the IG Broadcast Channel /: that's been the easiest way to connect with the majority without requesting everyone download a messaging app.

If you have thoughts on how you'd like to stay in touch - let me know. I don't have any solutions off the top of my mind. But glad to know this!

100% - I am working out an option to do group sessions but ALSO as I formalize my information... it's likely that I can get this onto another non-social platform that's more accessible. Enjoy the rest of week!

With the sweet potation hash, do we add our meat of choice once we finish cooking it?

Great Q! I can see it going 2 ways — adding it in after the sweet potatoes have cooked a bit or cook the meat separately and add it at the end or as you plate it. Lmk if that makes sense.

For instance — sometimes I air fry my chicken or turkey sausage and add it in the bowl last.
